Nice theme.. but too much at once..

I was having a hard time getting into the song because of the tone going back and forth from L to R channel.. it was way to distracting where I had to focus on listening back and forth withthe fades. I can understand around 1:30 with the twinkles but the phaser back and forth early on is what spoiled it for me.

The bass seems a little overdone for the tone of the song, maybe tone down the hit just a bit by tweaking the volume. Hit hard on my Studio's but almost to much for the mood.

Keep working at it.

Awesome execution. I was a bit skeptical of the way this was going to sound, but man you nailed it right on the head. Very catchy, well played not over done and not to bit-synthed where its annoying.

I will be jamming this for a little while. Thanks for this :-) Keep on keepin' on.

I feel that the few months of extreme concentration really helped me finish it. A lot of people seem to cheat with music by copying a MIDI file completely. ¬_¬
I managed to pull this off just by listening alone. xD

Also, some people use GXSCC, which isn't perfect. You don't have any channel limits at all, so the songs created with it usually sound overdone. I use Famitracker myself, which limits you to the 5 basic channels plus any other added chipset. All-in-all, it's pretty good NES music software. :D

Not going to lie, at first I was like eh... it sounded really badly encoded or the sound bitrate was terrible. It was very +volume heavy sounding. But the rhythm was very catchy.. but then it died off fast.

I think you should go back to this and expanded a bit on this and keep the flow going.. don't kill it off so quick.

Hrm...

Usually I am all for remixes of videogame music. It seems though all that was added was some drum beats over the top of the song and then over cured the sound of a beat by adding an echo / chorus to it. Not that its not good or anything but it doesn't really fit the "remix" style, I was expecting a changeup or something drastically different.. all I heard though was a drumline ontop of a midi/style song.

Very well tuned...

I really like it, but I was getting a bit distracted at the beginning because it seemed like the bass was offbeat of the synth sounds in the background almost like the tuning was off a bit or the fade in/out on it for each step was a bit over dramatic.

I really liked the subtle dubdrop and the beat that went with it very catchy. Around 1:50 there almost seemed like a pause and it got me a bit worried but I defiantly was feeling it afterwards.
